Can't find apps with special chars in name

Bug Description

Open app store on device (I'm using krillin with OTA-4)

Type "Pop that wrap!" in the search term and you should find this app https://uappexplorer.com/app/pop-that-wrap.mivoligo

Expectation

* App is found

Actual

* App is not found

Note: remove the exclamation point from the search and the app is found.

Having this bug at least since this apps exists (first time noticed the issues with this app when it was just released, might have been there before). My local is FR-fr.

The store webservice is returning no items when the query has a !

eg: curl -s "https://search.apps.ubuntu.com/api/v1/search?q=Wrap!" | jq .

I'm moving the bug to the click package index project.

It does if you escape it:-

eg: curl -s "https://search.apps.ubuntu.com/api/v1/search?q=Wrap\!" | jq .

Maybe you should escape it? :)
