Substandard .desktop file (patch against bzr attached)

desktop-file-validate found those following problems :

synaptic.desktop: error: file contains key "MultipleArgs" in group "Desktop Entry", but keys extending the format should start with "X-"
synaptic.desktop: warning: key "Encoding" in group "Desktop Entry" is deprecated
synaptic.desktop: error: value "PackageManager;Applications;GTK;System;Settings" for string list key "Categories" in group "Desktop Entry" does not have a semicolon (';') as trailing character
/synaptic.desktop: error: value "KDE" for string list key "NotShowIn" in group "Desktop Entry" does not have a semicolon (';') as trailing character

Feel free to remove MultipleArgs=false completly as it is a thing of the past
