Responding to automatic request for added info for you to solve problem.

 I am having difficulties with broken packages. I tried to install postgresql-9.3 and received error report that postgresql-9.3-client and postgresql-9.3-common were not installed because some dependencies were not available. So I installed this two programs and reinstalled postgresql-9.3. Received error:
