Using the shortcut 'Ctrl+Alt+T' takes at least ten seconds to open the terminal

Bug Description
It takes unusually long for the terminal to open on version 15.04 if I use the shortcut. It just upgraded.
The terminal version is 3.14.2

I had similar problems on Utopic (14.10), but not anymore on Vivid (15.04). The same problem occurred to me with all other system-wide shortcuts as well, e.g. volume up/down, keyboard layout switch etc. I heard other people confirming it. Is it maybe the same for you?
