Error shredding Unicode filenames from Explorer

My OS is Windows 7 SP1 x64.
I am using BleachBit 1.8

I am getting an error when BleachBit tries to delete a file with Hebrew file name.
For example: נסיון.txt~

The Error:
[Errno 2] No such file or directory: '\\\\?\\C:\\Users\\*\\Desktop\\?????.txt~'
[Errno 2] No such file or directory: '\\\\?\\C:\\Users\\*\\Desktop\\Desktop\\???? ???????.lyx~'

The error does not reproduce when I am using the "File -> Shred Files" option.

Downgrade from High to Medium because there is a workaround

I wish I could always fix all the bugs, but I am rescheduling because there are already 24 fixes ready for BleachBit version 1.12, so I do not want to delay the fixes that are ready.

Kosta Medinsky , Would you please try whether BleachBit 1.13 alpha 1 helps? It has fixes for Unicode
