Bug Description

Ubuntu-styles.css defines a selector "mediascreen a.external" which attempts to place an orange background 'link' icon which should be rendered after the link text.

On IE11, the link icon occludes the link text making it hard to read.

Error example:
http://insights.ubuntu.com/2014/10/28/ubuntu-openstack-the-canonical-distribution (Ubuntu Cloud, reference architecture, Juju and MAAS links)

success example:
http://www.ubuntu.com/cloud/ubuntu-openstack (Learn about Ubuntu OIL link)
