Window Drag and Drop area extends beyond visible boundary

The frame around the Slingshot is too big. If for example the user is dragging the application icon to another window, then it sometimes fails, because the actual frame around the Slingshot is bigger than the white box of the Slingshot itself actually.

I have also attached 2 pictures below.

You can clearly see that the application is dragged out of the Slingshots' box, but the window in the background is not active, so the application won't be "dropped" into the window and therefore nothing happens.

In the second picture I dragged the application a bit more further and as you can see, the window in the background has the dark box around, which means that the application will be dragged into the window, as expected.
