I am also seeing compiz.real crashed with SIGSEGV in groupHandleChanges() quite frequently when running applications with gksu and opening Pidgin.

This is on Gutsy RC (AMD64) upgraded from Feisty.

This bug was reported some time ago and no one else seems to have had this problem. Are either one of you still having problems with this?

No I don't think I've experienced this lately.
As fas as I'm concerned closing the bug should be fine.
