Bug Description

When running MySQL with --skip-syslog flag, output is not correctly redirected to a file. The issue that while syslog code path has "& wait", non-syslog does not.

The attached patch fixed the problem.

This was checked both with MySQL 5.5, MySQL 5.6 and MairaDB 5.5 packages. Patch applies to all of those.

mysql-server-5.6: 5.6.19-0ubuntu0.14.04.1
Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS
