Instructions for create_vm_nodes.sh are out of date

Bug Description

Run "ansible-playbook -vvvv -i inventory/localhost install.yaml" on RHEL successfully to install, see the output is pasted as below link:

But run create_vm_nodes.sh script failed on RHEL, see below details please:

The automated path works, however we likely need to fix this script, or update the instructions to guide the user to use the automated script. Alternatively we could have them now use the new role. That may make more sense actually.

Please review https://review.openstack.org/#/c/197694/ and see if the updated instructions make more sense. This is primarily since we've largely moved away from utilizing the original script.
