mcelog package is old, contains already-fixed bug

Errors discovered and reported by mcelog trigger on every error, rather than honouring the thresholds as defined in the logfile.

We've encountered this while running:
   mcelog version "mcelog 1.0pre"
   package name "mcelog"
   package version "100-1fakesync1"
   distro: "Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS"
