Bug Description
- osideploy: remove osfkarl13 from rotation
- Lower object cache but raise the cache_local_mb
- Lower run_delay
Before deployment:
- Change haproxy to remove from rotation
Then:
- Tell gocept to get rid of vm
- Use the money savings to increase RAM in osfkarl10 and/or osfkarl01
- Add a ticket to partition memcache in osfkarl10 and/or shared buffers in
