Bug Description

I'm having a problem with Ubuntu 15.04 where the load bar is empty while an application downloads/installs in the Ubuntu Software Center. There appears to be a small vertical line showing the progress instead of the expected orange bar. My laptop has a geforce gt 540m graphics card and the problem occurs regardless of whether I use the proprietary or open source driver. See attached screenshot.

Thank you for reporting this bug and working to improve Ubuntu. The attached screenshot does not appear to be an image of the Lubuntu Software Center (which you filed this report against), but rather the Ubuntu Software Center (software-center). I will change the package so that the appropriate triagers can see this report.

To speed their ability to work on this, would you please execute the following command, as it will automatically gather debugging information, in a terminal:
apport-collect 1467291

When reporting bugs in the future please use apport by using 'ubuntu-bug' and the name of the package affected. You can learn more about this functionality at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ReportingBugs.

affects: lubuntu-software-center (Ubuntu) → software-center (Ubuntu)

Since this bug was marked as a duplicate, "apport-collect 1467291" won't work; is there anything I need to do?

Joseph, the bug seems to be a problem with the progress bar vs. the GTK theme. So one thing that would help would be saying, in bug 1420036, exactly what theme you use. Even better, if you have time, would be to experiment to see what other themes the bug does+doesn't happen in.
