Bug Description

This is the Ubuntu version of:
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=786909

With upstream fix to allow disabling of the "enable_hotwording" build flag at compile time:
https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=491435

It would be nice if we could disable this at build time, in turn staying in sync with Debian.

Is this really a problem? I don't think Debian does, and I know Ubuntu doesn't ship with NaCl support, so downloading any nacl module should do nothing other than occupy a tiny fraction of disk space.

Chad Miller, thanks for the quick response.

While it wouldn't appear to be the highest priority issue for chromium-browser (why I marked Medium versus High+, although it may be bordering on Low at your discretion) given how Ubuntu wouldn't ship with NaCl support, I would still like to reclaim the disk space that was forced upon me without my consent.

As per https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=786909#46 they disable hotword, despite NaCl being disabled at build time.
