Bug Description

The environments created in /etc/puppet/environments directory on Server Manager machine on reimage are not automatically deleted when the package is deleted from Server Manager.

In long term this can lead to lot of wasted space in that directory.

This is intentional in case user wants to use those environments outside of SM.
