Network interfaces are down under Centos Fuel 6.1 RC1

Bug Description

Create environment:

Centos, KVM, Nova network
1 controller
2 computes

10G interfaces(eth0 and eth1) are bound as LACP 802.3d, layer3+4, offloading is ON
There are 2 more interfaces, eth2 and eth3, both are 1G

Cluster deployed successfully however ifconfig shows only eth1 and eth2 are up.

Preliminary analyze show that all OK.
I can't reproduce this on local env.

anyway this behavior strange, I want look to env if it possible.
