Replace Email::Send with Email::Sender

This is a follow up to bug lp:1362260.

In EG 2.7.6 and EG 2.8.2 the Debian Jessie dependency makefile was updated to install Email::Send from CPAN to get around this issue, but the long term fix is to switch over to Email::Sender.

There are 9 files that include references to Email::Send that need to be converted.

Looking into package requirements for Xenial Xerus (Ubuntu 16.04), I came across this issue, so marking it confirmed.

Since it affects prerequisites, I don't think it is something that should be fixed in already released versions of Evergreen.

I'll work on this, time permitting. Given other constraints on my time, I'm not assigning this bug to myself, yet.

I plan to tackle this along with the branch for bug 1801163. I plan to use Email::Stuffer on that other bug, and Email::Stuffer intalls Email::Sender as a prerequisite, so it seems natural to fix this bug along with that one.

So, things changed. I did n't tackle this in the branch for bug 1801163. I'm putting this on the backburner for a few days/a week to work on something else. If someone else wants to take over this bug from me in the meantime, fee free!
