Wrong info message when user filters by some criteria and there are no apps matching it

Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in Web UI
2. Navigate to Murano > Application Catalog > Applications
(user has to see following info message:
There are no applications in the catalog. You can import apps from http://storage.apps.openstack.org/.

Go to Package Definitions, click 'Import Package' and select Repository as a Package Source.
)
3. Follow the instruction and import a few apps
4. Navigate to Murano > Application Catalog > Applications
5. Type some random string in the "Filter" field and press the "Filter" button
6. Take a look at appeared info message (see attached screenshot)

Observed result:
Info message:
There are no applications in the catalog. You can import apps from http://storage.apps.openstack.org/.
Go to Package Definitions, click 'Import Package' and select Repository as a Package Source.

Expected result:
Info message:
There are no applications matching your search criteria

It is two different cases when there are no apps in the page, so we need to handle them in a different manner
