Bug Description

It is necessary to find a way how to re-pull containers in cases when the first attempt of pulling perfomed by k8s was unsuccesfull

AFAIK there is no such functionality in k8s. Talking directly to docker instances on k8s nodes is conceptually wrong thing and should be avoided. Use cases for this feature are not provided so it is not clear when and why it is necessary. And most likely this use cases should be addressed by k8s. If images are not get pulled under some conditions this should be filled as a bug to a k8s github issue tracker so that k8s developers could fix the issue or add command to API/cubectl to manually re-pull images etc
