osim capture location via trfci happened an error

1.connect server from trafci client ,

there is no error happened but no folder is created if path is defined like below
SQL>control osim capture location '/opt/home/trafodion/osim_info';

there is an error happened. if path is defined like below.
SQL>control osim capture location 'c:/opt/home/trafodion/osim_info';

*** ERROR[6009] The Optimizer Simulator (OSIM): Could not create directory c:/opt/home/trafodion/osim_info, a component of the path does not exist. [2015-06-15 09:03:15]

2. connect server from server side via trafci.
 trafci.sh -h localhost:37800 -u trafodion -p traf123

SQL>control osim capture location '/opt/home/trafodion/osim_info';

*** ERROR[6009] The Optimizer Simulator (OSIM): Mode transition is not allowed. [2015-06-18 02:44:07]
