Bug Description
The contributors guide needs to be completed with the following. Some of this is already there, but some needs to be updated, completed, or made more accurate.
1. Development environment setup
2. Code organization
3. Running the tests
4. Overview of Resource class, how to create a new resource, etc
5. Overview of Proxy class, how to create a new proxy, etc
6. All guidelines and conventions followed by the SDK, such as naming
7. Plugin architecture, creating new plugins
