Animation is faster and unstable, after fglrx

Bug Description

After installing fglrx then restarting, the partial circle, which spins at the left of a program, that is being loaded, moves much faster and its movement is unstable. I mean the two spinning parts of a circle at the left of Firefox in snapshot1.png.
