Bug Description

In large fuel deployments conntrackd-stats.log will grow rapidly, so we should reduce time of storing this logs. Anyway they almost make no sense for debugging and can't be turned off out of the box.

Let's keep them 1 day only.

Also lets return conntrackd.log, as we found out that switching it of doesn't switch off conntrackd-stats.log
