MIC failed to create project after move to LPIA arch.

1.git-pull latest MIC source
2.make cleaninstall(with root)
3.create project (menlow-lpia or mccaslin-lpia platform)
4.it failed. print above error message.
it still tries to connect archive.ubuntu.com.
is it right?
