Bug Description

It is a release goal to have only Python 3 on the Ubuntu desktop CD images (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Python/3).

fresh-installed light-locker-setting doesn't start in xubuntu 16.04 without http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~light-locker-settings-team/light-locker-settings/trunk/revision/153

Because of:
# ll `which python`
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 9 Dec 10 2015 /usr/bin/python -> python2.7*

So, we should:
 * change magic string to 'python3'
 * or fix other packages that use python v2 to use 'python2' and change the destination ofthe link to python3

This appears to have been removed from the default CD so marking as such.
