Bug Description
Currently, when executing the CLUSTER_DEL_NODES action, the nodes are just removed from the cluster without being destroyed.
Senlin should provide a parameter for this action so that a user can request the deleted nodes to be destroyed right away, instead of becoming orphan nodes.
