Bug Description
I just booted my machine into the Live session from the Gutsy Beta CD.
It boots into the session eventually, but neither of the grey bars (the bar at the top with the Applications menu and system tray and the bar at the bottom with the show desktop and the applications that I am currently running) appear. The "Install" shortcut does appear and can be double-clicked, starting the installer.
I have an Intel 855GM on a Dell Inspiron 510m. I have 256MB RAM. Compiz appears to be running in the live session.
Any questions, just ask.

The lack of panel appears to be related to the amount of memory on the machine... see: /bugs.launchpad .net/ubuntu/ +source/ casper/ +bug/105682/ comments/ 4
