Bug Description
Since some time (while running 14.10) I get strange estimates of remaining battery time, and the laptop dies with about 50-60% remaining.
I think the problem is related to the huge difference between energy-full and enegry-full-design (see attached upower.dump). The same numbers are reported by acpi -V.
The battery is a 55Wh (7300mAh) in a Samsung Ativ9 940X3G laptop (productID: AA-PLVN4AR).
I've:
- Tried booting a live-usb with an old ubunut (14.04) with the same result
- Run the "Smart battery calibration" from BIOS with no difference
Thanks,
Niklas
