Bug Description

I'm using Ubuntu 15.10 dev with nano 2.4.1-1 and initially I have reported this issue here: http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?45287 . But it seems that this issue is specific to Ubuntu so I'm forwarding it to here.

A similar issue appears also on eog 3.16.2-1ubuntu1 which I have initially reported here: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=750676

But for an user it is difficult to say if such an issue is caused by an outdated language pack or not. I think it would be nice if things would enhance in a way that avoids this inconsistence.

After updating to language-pack-gnome-de 1:15.10+20150709 (and its dependencies) this issue is fixed for eog but not for nano. Also I'm noticing several untranslated parts on the dialogs on package configuration:

- flashplugin-installer 11.2.202.491ubuntu1 (completely untranslated)
- resolvconf 1.77ubuntu1 (the first dialog is untranslated)
- keyboard-configuration 1.108ubuntu5 (at least the entry "Do not configure keyboard; keep kernel keymap" in the first dialog)
- libpam-runtime 1.1.8-3.1ubuntu3 (all selectable entries)
- libpaper1 1.1.24+nmu2ubuntu3 (all selectable entries)

Also on reconfiguring all packages on my system most of stdout/stderr are not translated (this seems to be a generic issue so I have not listed now a package for this).

Please file separate bugs against packages for these issues, not a single catch-all bug with multiple tasks. These are unrelated issues in the individual packages, not a single bug.
