The wireless LED does not work as expected on 14.04.2
It won't change color to orange when disabled.
It always stay with the white LED.

thanks for spotting this, despite the dmidecode reported that it's called "Presario CQ45 Notebook PC", the information I have here is referring to "HP 355 G2 Notebook" as its model name.

If you update to this following https://help.ubuntu.com/community/BIOSUpdate does it change anything?

Once the BIOS is updated, if the problem is still reproducible:
1) Please provide the output of the following terminal command:
sudo dmidecode -s bios-version && sudo dmidecode -s bios-release-date
2) Please make a comment specifically advising on if there was an improvement or not.
