DM: evpn config - use virtual-network-network-id as vxlan identifier if vxlan-vni is set to auto configured mode

Bug Description

Currently, virtual network vxlan_identifier is a must parameter for evpn config to get pushed to mx.
If "auto" configured mode is set for this parameter, then DM must use the virtual-network-network-id property as vxlan vni and push the evpn config.
