Bug Description

Murano apps is empty by default and link to the openstack catalog is not provided.

Need to add a message with information where and how to get apps to the catalog.

Current message is:

"There are no applications at the catalog"

Need to update to the following

"There are no applications at the catalog.
Select desired apps from http://apps.openstack.org/, go to 'Manage-> Package definitions' page and provide app full name
during package import"
