LbaasV2 Health monitor status

lbaasv2 healmonnitor:

We have no way to see if an LbaasV2 health monitor is succesfful or failed.
Additionally, we have no way to see if a VM in lbaasv2 pool is up or down ( from an Lbaasv2 point of view)

neutron lbaas-pool-show - should show HealtMonitor status for VMs.

additionally- When we execute neutron-member-list POOLID the members are always up, even if the VM is in shutdown state

Any work in progress on this one? Any idea when this would be available?Also, any plans to backport to kilo-stable release?

Currently you can view the health status by using the load balancer status API/command.

I am setting this to wishlist as I think there is a valid point that the show commands should include the operating status.

I believe in Octavia the LBaaSv2 API *will* show this.
