Bug Description

Periodic tests for openstack/nova fails on 6.1 branch because of outdated python-ironicclient package.

Version installed from system packages is 0.1.2:
* python-ironicclient 0.1.2-0ubuntu1 0 500 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ trusty/universe amd64 Packages

Global requirements for this package:
python-ironicclient>=0.2.1,<=0.3.3 (https://github.com/openstack/requirements/blob/stable/juno/global-requirements.txt#L111)

I have chosen to set this bug's severity to Medium and change it's status to 'Won't fix' for the following reasons:
1. We do not support ironic in MOS 6.1
2. There are no affected customers
3. There are significant changes made between 0.1.2 and 0.2.1 ironicclient release.
