Bug Description

The new scope template cannot be compiled under 14.10 armhf kit. The old template worked.

To reproduce the problem:

- Create a template scope and select 14.10 as the framework
- Compile the scope and deploy it onto the phone with 15.04 phone which has the 14.10 framework.

Then you will be able to see the problem as shown below.

Please add the output from running cmake. "Right click on project -> run cmake".

To allow for scopes to still be built for 14.10, I've added 2 separate scope templates you can choose from when creating a new project: "Unity Scope (14.10)" and "Unity Scope (Current)".
