Bug Description
Even for OS accepting symlinks, the file system may be unable to actually create symlinks.
The patch is extracted from the TaskCoach reverse dependency, and may not be usable as is.
It applies to the 0.9 version.

pylockfile has been retired. We won't be making any more updates to it. See the fasteners library for a supported alternative.
