Bug Description

pip may not be present, one has to easy_install it first. Should be automated.
ansible requires the six library however it may not already be installed. Should be referenced in requirements.txt

https://review.openstack.org/#/c/190768/ has been proposed to help remedy some of these issues. Additional testing and likely changes are required to support Centos7.

https://review.openstack.org/#/c/190768/ has landed which should address the initial issues discovered with CentOS. Additional issue is going to be services, however we likely need to follow up behind the RedHat support updates to correct issues for CentOS.

Looks like nginx configuration is broken out of the box and will require some additional work.

The only remaining issue is nginx configuration which is due to SELINUX. As such, changing the status of this bug to fix committed as another bug exists for that specific issue.
