Bug Description
Just downloaded and tried the 7.10 Beta Live CD desktop i386
My Dell-Ubuntu E520n has only a USB keyboard. The boot menu ignores the keyboard until X loads.
SuSE 10.2 and Mandravia 2007 have this problem.
For some good clues see Mandriva threads:

SuSE forums also discuss this problem.
Ubuntu 7.04 does not have this problem, new to 7.10 Beta.

I have this problem too (no keyboard available at 7.10 Beta LiveCD boot menu... until X loads)
My computer is a "Dell Dimension 5150 N-series".
"Ubuntu 7.04 does not have this problem, new to 7.10 Beta." (for me too)
