Flavor selection error in Getting started in FirstApp

Hi,

In the 'Flavors and images' section of the OS First Application Getting Started tutorial I spotted the following error:

- The description text suggests that m1.small flavor will be used in the example, however the command later on uses an m1.medium flavor.
- To also fix an English language problem I suggest to change this text:

"with the m1.small flavor, which are safe choices"
to
"with the m1.medium flavor, which is a safe choice"

    Inconsistent flavor type fix in 'Getting started' chapter for firstapp.

    In 'Flavors and images' section, different flavor was suggested in text
    and different used in command. Bug fixed for libcloud, dotnet and pkgcloud SDKs.
