Bug Description
Binary package hint: synaptic
synaptic by itself ships no 24x24 icon, so if you use an icon them which does not inherit from teangerine, like the gnome default, you will only get a blurry icon.
I am not sure whether this is a bug in synaptic for not shipping the icons or in tangerine for not installing global icons in highcolor.
