Wireless tests would fail on vivid

Bug Description
For the recent SRU test on Vivid, all of the wireless tests were failed on them, with error message:
Failed to register ubuntu-
Error: cannot delete unknown connection(s): 'ubuntu-
Error: unknown connection: ubuntu-cert-bg-open
If you try to create the connection manually with the create connection script:
ubuntu@
It will return
Failed to register ubuntu-

OK, ager/system- connections/ on Vivid, the change won't be reflected in the "nmcli con show" command.
I think the cause is that although the connection profile was created correctly in /etc/NetworkMan
Not until it's refreshed with "nmcli con reload"
BTW, it seems that the "nmcli con show" command on Vivid and "nmcli con list" command on Precise are equivalent to "nmcli con" on both distributions.
