Bug Description

For the recent SRU test on Vivid, all of the wireless tests were failed on them, with error message:
Failed to register ubuntu-cert-bg-open.
Error: cannot delete unknown connection(s): 'ubuntu-cert-bg-open'.
Error: unknown connection: ubuntu-cert-bg-open

If you try to create the connection manually with the create connection script:
ubuntu@201209-11785:~$ sudo /usr/lib/2013.com.canonical.certification\:checkbox/bin/create_connection wifi ubuntu-cert-bg-open

It will return
Failed to register ubuntu-cert-bg-open.

OK,
I think the cause is that although the connection profile was created correctly in /etc/NetworkManager/system-connections/ on Vivid, the change won't be reflected in the "nmcli con show" command.

Not until it's refreshed with "nmcli con reload"

BTW, it seems that the "nmcli con show" command on Vivid and "nmcli con list" command on Precise are equivalent to "nmcli con" on both distributions.

hmm, the nmcli con reload does not work anymore, not sure why it works before.
