genenv dependent on openssl without verifying its existence

(venv)[fedora@ko-x3dzlworeu7-0-tviyp7d4bvih-kolla-node-webbfbwxqchi tools]$ ./genenv
MY_IP=10.0.0.3
MY_DEV=eth0
./genenv: line 134: openssl: command not found
Please customize your FLAT_INTERFACE to a different network then your
main network. The FLAT_INTERFACE is used for inter-VM communication.
the FLAT_INTERFACE should not have an IP address assigned.

Need to either come up with a bash rand function or check for openssl.
