Cannot ssh from controller to VM of vCenter.

Description
Cannot ssh from controler node to VM of vcenter availability zone.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create cluster with vCenter support
2. Add 3 nodes with Controller roles
3. Add 2 nodes with compute role
4. Deploy the cluster
5. Run network verification
6. Run OSTF
7. Create 6 VMs on each hypervisor
8. Try to ssh to VM of vcenter availability zone from controller.

Actual result
Shh from controler to VM of vcenter availability zone was failed.

Expected result

Shh from controler to VM of vcenter availability zone should be connected.
