[Horizon] Containers and objects tables alignment issue

Bug Description
There is small misalignment of top borders of Containers and Objects tables.
Steps:
1. Login to Horizon
2. Go to Project -> Containers
3. Create at least one Container in Object Store.
4. Open this container.
Check on alignment of tables on screenshot.
Bug found with recent Firefox and Chrome version.
