The notification indicator shouldn't show me notifications that I interacted with, either by hitting the close icon or by clicking to open the relevant app

At this point the notifications aren't catched only if they weren't closed by the user. There is still one issue though: we must send a dumb notification on the startup in order to know what's the current id of gala's notification server. It would be nice if the gala could provide a DBus method to get that id.
