Bug Description

In hoary updated 28th of march the Danish translation of Places-Desktop is
wrong, it is now translated as:

msgid "Desktop Folder|Desktop"
msgstr "Internetmappe" ie Internetfolder

Where it should have been translated as:

msgid "Desktop Folder|Desktop"
msgstr "Skrivebord" ie Desktop

The Danish po file in gnome-panel CVS both gnome-2-10 and HEAD branch has been
changed but it is not yet reflected in hoary.
Please apply the po-file from CVS in gnome-2-10 branch of gnome-panel.

this upload fixes the issue:

 gnome-panel (2.10.1-0ubuntu1) hoary; urgency=low
 .
   * New upstream release:
     - fix applet appearing twice when added once and the crash happening
       when removing them.
     - fix launchers not appearing in drawers (Hoary: #8483).
     - load the correct icon for menu buttons (Hoary: #7772).
     - only accept numeric values for the panel size.
     - fix broken label in the Places menu for GTK+ bookmarks when filenames
       are not in UTF-8.
   * debian/ubuntu-about.desktop, debian/patches/03_paneltranslations.patch:
     - translations update.

The problem persists for me today, 20050404 on an updated hoary.

It is still, Internetmappe ie Internetfolder instead of Skrivebord ie Desktop

I've checked the upstream tarball gnome-panel-2.10.1 and it is okay, so I guess
the Danish translations is out of sync with the version of gnome-panel installed
in hoary. Therefore I think the bug is only solved when the translation is back
in sync.

the bug is fixed from a gnome-panel packaging point of view, you just need to
wait on a language-pack update which should happen tonight
