[UI] Should not allow ports used by vms to be used for bms

Bug Description
R2.20 Build 40 Ubuntu 14.04 Juno multi-node
Lets say, i have port P1 with IP IP1 for VM1 in VN1
When i am adding a server for a lif in VN1, the user *can* select the port P1 itself.
The VMs port would then get disassociated with the VM and get associated with this lif.
We should not let the users do that
