Bug Description
Version: 1.3.16.107
Steps to reproduce:
* ensure DUT set up to receive push notifications
* close Telegram
* send message to DUT
* when notification bubble displayed (as opposed to the entry in the notification in the indicator) click on the bubble to open the chat window
Expected result:
- the chat opens and unread counts are cleared from the app and the badge on the launcher
Actual result:
- unread count not removed from the badge on launcher

Actually, I reproduced the bug only in case Telegram IS running in the background already.
