Bug Description
In some cases murano application-reports can contain http links to the resources, that were deployed. It would be great if these links were automatically ulized.
This should be trivially done with the help of urlize django filter.

Apply urlize filter to Last operation of environment component table
Before any link displayed by reporter in 'Last operation' field of
murano environment component would be displayed as plain text. This
change applies urlize filter to the value of the field, making it easier
for users to navigate to services, provided by the environment
