Bug Description

When a vector graphic is drawn from a non-integer point of reference it can produces unwanted effects. The best example is a line having a stroke of 1 pixel drawn "between" two rows of pixels of the screen. If this line is white, the result will be a grey line having a stroke of two pixels.

Currently, slider's handles can have non integer position which will generate this issue (screenshot in attachment).
